NOC Status 

The Rawalpindi Development Authority (RDA) initially granted planning permission to Blue World City Islamabad, as per letter number 532/10/DC dated August 7, 2018, for approximately 427 Kanal. Subsequently, after a new application, the society's NOC status was categorized as 'under processing' by the RDA.

The District Council issued the NOC for Blue World City on August 7, 2018, via Letter No. 532/10/DC. The 2021 Local Bodies Ordinance, signed by the Governor of Punjab, resolved jurisdiction issues between the RDA and the District, mandating District Council approval for housing societies. Consequently, Blue World City received its due approval, potentially impacting plot prices. The NOC is currently in the approval process, with optimism for its impending approval.

Possession of Plots
